Premium Programs are exclusive services that you can add to your basic OAK Nature package, at an additional cost, to enhance your stay experience, according to a specific theme, such as:
- Premium Romance Program, which transforms your room into a scene of love, with romantic décor and atmosphere (rose petals, candles and lots of hearts), as well as a delicious cake and sparkling wine
- Premium Birthday Program, which surprises someone special with flowers, birthday cake and sparkling wine
- Premium Zen Program, which relaxes your body and mind with a therapeutic relaxation massage and an invigorating tea at the end
Check-in & Check-out
OAK Nature has the following opening hours for guest arrivals and departures:
- Arrivals (check-in): 3:00 pm-9:30 pm
- Departures (check-out): 9:00 am-11:30 am
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be canceled free of charge up to 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. If you cancel after this period (30 days), you will not be entitled to a refund. However, there may be some flexibility if you wish to change the dates of your stay, depending on availability.
General Regulations
The terms of the Regulations govern the relationship between the guest and OAK Nature from the moment the reservation is made until the end of the stay at the accommodation.
